My name is Mary McLaughlin. I was born in Oakland and attended local schools. I graduated from UC Berkeley, where I majored in American History. I also have a Master’s degree in Education from Mills College.

For the past 12 years I have been teaching 5th grade in Oakland. A few of my passions are teaching American history, rooting for the Cal Bears, spending time with my husband, and playing with our son, Michael.

I am looking forward to becoming a member of the Crocker Highlands School Community!
