New Year, New PTA Reserve Policy!
Please mark your calendar for the upcoming PTA General Assembly Meeting on Thursday, January 11th from 6:30-8:30 in the Crocker MPR. Here’s the PTA-Agenda-111 (2) for the meeting.
We’ve been hard at work crafting a new reserve spending policy and process to help us increase transparency and stay fiscally responsible as we work towards our goals. Please join us to learn more about the proposed Reserve Policy Crocker PTA Reserves Policy_Approved by Executive Board 12.11.17 and Opportunity Reserve Process Overview (Dec. 2017) as well as how you can present new projects and programs for consideration using the Reserve Project Proposal – Spring 2018. Parents and staff members are strongly encouraged to attend.
