PTA General Association Meeting on May 8th:
Its the last PTA General Association meeting of the year on Thursday, May 8th at 7:00 - 8:30 p.m in the Crocker Library. Here is the agenda. If you haven't been to a PTA meeting all year, here is your last chance of the year! Please come and find out about a split roll property tax proposal by our Children's Advocacy chair (a copy of the resolution is attached to the agenda), and be there to vote on the resolution.
The General Association meeting is preceded by an Executive Board meeting from 6:00 - 6:45 (here is that agenda). There will be a 15 minute social time also from 6:45 - 7:00.
Free babysitting will be provided in the Adventure Time building; please RSVP to Hilary Stoermer (chickensmama@comcast.net) if you are coming with a child(ren). 04/28/2008
Auction Update:
An Evening by the Lake, the annual Crocker Highlands Auction for Educational Enrichment, was held Saturday, March 15th. It was a lot of fun and a big success. Thank you to all the donors, attendees, and volunteers! The money that we raised from this event will strengthen our children’s educational experience and provide crucial support to the teachers and staff of Crocker Highlands Elementary. 03/24/2008
Christopher Rodriguez Update:
Chris is home from the hospital! The Rodriguez family sends googles of thanks to everyone for your tremendous support throughout this extraordinary ordeal. While it is not over, and we are entering a new phase looking forward to being at home together. We have certainly surpassed a gigantic hurdle! Special Thanks also to all of the schools and organizations who have donated. We heard recently that Montclair, Redwood Heights, and Hillcrest to name a few donated to Chris trust fund. We are placing stars for everyone on a special board of thanks from Chris. 03/19/2008
