Welcome to my class web page!

I’ve been teaching at Crocker since 2008.  My experience has been as a middle school English teacher in Oakland.  Prior to teaching, I worked as an intervention specialist for students on the Autism spectrum in various schools throughout the Bay Area and Davis.

I became a teacher because I’ve always loved working with kids, whether in my college job as a preschool assistant or as a summer camp counselor.  I have a real love of learning that I want to share with my students.

Some of my hobbies are running, reading, and road-tripping.

Some of my favorite subjects are science, art, math and language arts (all of them)!

This year, your child will learn and participate in activities that will include the following:
