I was born and raised in the East Bay, and am so lucky to be back in the area pursuing my dream. I have wanted to teach ever since I was in second grade.

I earned my Master’s in Education and my teaching credential in 2011 at UC Santa Barbara, where I previously earned my BS in Psychology. It was a wonderful five years by the sea, but I was ready to return to the Bay Area after.

I have been teaching fourth grade at Crocker Highlands since the 2014-2015 school year. Prior to that, I taught preschool, subbed in K-5 classes in San Lorenzo and Piedmont, and worked as a STIP sub at Crocker Highlands for half of the 2013-2014 school year.

When I’m not teaching, you can find me on the kickball field, walking dogs, or exercising.
